I have tried to recharge sense, but will not and remains at 0%.

Is it possible your charging cable is bad. I had the same issue and had to switch to another.

Check the pins on your charger.  If the pins are sunken then go online help chat and detail your problems.  I was promised a replacement charger from Hong Kong. How long it take to arrive in New Zealand?
