Sense not charging

My fitbit sense is not charging from 2days, a month back it started showing black screen on swipe upward for weather and today. And this isn't my first fitbit fist I used fitbit alta even that stopped charging after few months and had no option as I couldn't get the company charger in India. It got wasted. Now iam worried about this fitbit sense.

Hi @rishika, welcome to the community, there are lots of posts about charging problems with the "Sense" and effective solutions. I suggest you use the search bar at the top of this page. Briefly, you need to check the 4 pins in the charger cable puck to ensure they are slightly proud and free (they are spring loaded) If they are not in good order and your "Sense" is still under warranty talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Alternatively, replacement charging cables are available on Amazon at a modest cost. Clean the back of your "Sense", I use rubbing alcohol and a cotton wool swab with a cotton bud to detail the little pits that take the charging pins. Finally, note this advice on charging.
