My Sense has an empty battery and wont take charge.
It has been cleaned with IPA.
I am using the cable that came with it.
The cable is undamaged.
It is plugged into a Samsung OEM AC wall adapter which charges other devices fine.
If I squeeze it the battery logo with a big 0% comes up sometimes then there is a flash of a white bar on the screen and just black after that. So irritatingly I know it has enough battery to tell me it has no battery.
Is there a trick? A hack to fix it? Or is this a dead parrot?
I have followed the standard protocol already, would prefer not to be asked to do any of the steps described above unless you can offer some modification to the standard advice.
Appreciate you taking the time. If its just fubar and I need to get them to replace it fair enough but I have hope that the community has that "1 weird trick" I am looking for to get it up and running again.

Hi @MQTNT I don't think there is a cure all trick, but have a look at THIS Help Article on charging problems and try anything you haven't tried already. If nothing help then you'll need to contact Customer Support . Good luck
