Sense not charging

This is Linda Sciongay

my Fitbit is sitting on the counter.  It’s not overheated or too cold but it’s showing this msg when I try to charge it.

Hi @LindaSciongay  - what happens if you sync it and do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu?

 

And after at least 10 seconds then put it on charge?

@LindaSciongay- thank you for the feedback, was just an off chance possibility. It seems something is wrong.

You could always try putting it in the fridge, just in case it is a wrong message, or it resets the errant value.

You can contact support via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Does your skin temperature show anything weird in the Fitbit App?
