My sense wouldn’t charge. I cleaned both the watch and charger, made sure pins were up, and still wouldn’t charge. Changed outlets and tried a different charge block, still wouldn’t charge. Bought a new charger and still not charging. Watch died, left plugged in for over an hour, still not charging. What is the next step? Hopefully it’s not get a new watch because I would hope these watches would work for longer than just over a year, which is how long I have had it.

When I bought this watch over a year ago, it would not hold a charge. I was sent a new one and it has generally charged most of time but now it won’t charge at all.

I have the same issue. Called into support. He told me to set it to "DIM" and that would fix it. Then hung up on me.
