Completely amazing just how bad the charging system is. I've been through 7 chargers and 2 stations. Don't waste your money or time. Zero stars

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Sense. I'm sorry to know that you are having difficulties to charge it.

Please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

It's the chargers. They are junk. The little pins are not secured properly and brake off and render the chargers inoperable. Great idea just made cheaply.
