I'm onto my 3rd sense. Today (24 months manufacturers warranty finished in July) my sense died, literally. It made some funny buzzing/vibrating and died. Battery was at 53%. I've charged it, tried to reboot it - NOTHING. Exact same thing happened to my last one. It was just inside the warranty time so it was replaced. I'm done Fitbit!

@leanne.innes I don't know what happened, maybe water or moisture got into the device? I have had a Sense activated 6/2021 going on strong, YMMV, but the seal on the display is not that strong, so I have heard many similar stories of Sense failing like that. Once you you hear that buzzing/vibrating sound, makes we think of a short circuit. My trick is to rub the display for about 30 seconds or so every day to clean it, but also applied pressure on the seal to keep it in place. I have even read about others display popping off. Once moisture gets inside the device is toast.

Mine is doing the same! It charges fully and then dies within a few hours. I turned everything off, removed apps. It's quite frustrating. Even followed the help forum articles and resetting, etc.
