Sense not connecting through bluetooth

Just bought this and am trying to set it up. I downloaded the fitbit app and clicked on add a device, chose the sense. When I get to the Bluetooth connection the code shows up on the sense, i put it in my samsung s10plus and nothing. I can see the sense when my phone scans for Bluetooth devices, but when I click on it it says this device can only connect with an app. Advice?

Hi @Bhweb you do not connect the sense to bluetooth directly - it will be done by the fitbit setup process.
