I'm trying to download the SpO2 Tracker App in my Mobile Fitbit App, but the Install link is greyed out. My phone, Fitbit app, and my Sense Smartwatch are all up ro date. I'm in Wisconsin, USA. Why can't I install this apo?

The new SpO2 app requires Fitbit OS 5.1.
As the update comes in waves your device might show that it is up to date even with OS 5.0.
For the time being you can just use the dedicated clock watch to track SpO2.

What's the difference between the app and the specific watchface?

With the app you won't need to use the specific clock face.
Unfortunately the app is fully hidden. Hence you cannot see your SpO2 at your wrist.
As there are already some additional SpO2 clock faces and in total 7 to come until enf of this year there might be a good solution for everyone.
