Hi @Ule32 by re-pair, are you doing this through the fitbit App? And not the I ones Bluetooth.
BTW removing a non syncing tracker simply makes a deeper hole to climb out of
Best AnswerI have a Samsung Galaxy 8+.
I did finally get it working again. It had to wait til I got home from work. Attached the charger, update the Fitbit. I think after that I still had to force stop, turn bluetooth off.... restart phone, turn bluetooth one.......etc...... several times to get it to work. My Fitbit does this occasionally stops synching early in the morning and I don't notice it til later in the day. When I finally notice it, it refuses to sync and then I end up fighting to get my phone and Fitbit to talk to eachother.
Best AnswerHoping someone can help me too. I have an iPhone. It’s happened to me before but this time I cannot get them to sync. Tried everything many times. What would happen if I shut down the watch.

@Millyway it is a good first step to shutdown the watch and logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone if you are having problems.
Place it on the charger after and it should restart and try to resync.
You won't lose anything doing that process, on the contrary it should improve the situation.
