Are you referring to the Fitbit Sense or what here?

Hi @lbrf, welcome to the community.

Which sensor are you having trouble with?

Hi @lbrf, welcome on board. @WehuttyWanker and @N8teGee, thanks for your great help!

@lbrf, thanks for confirming that your Fitbit Sense isn't displaying anything on the screen. Just to confirm, have you fully charged your watch? Do you feel a vibration when pressing the button? I'd recommend to restart your watch to refresh its performance and let me know how it goes.

I look forward to your response.

Yes, I did the restart.  The logo came up.  But when I took my finger off the button the prompts to download came up again.  I have downloaded everything.  My wifi is connected.  However there the "Device Lock" says "pending"...when I look at what that means, what comes up is this message: "There was a problem connecting with your tracker.  Make sure your bluetooth is on."     My bluetooth IS on.  Now what?

Hi @lbrf. It's good to see you here again.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information. Usually when you're asked to download the app, it's because your watch hasn't been set up or there is a pending firmware to update. To work on this together, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and any other device nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense. If you see a banner to update, select it and follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. Make sure your watch is charging so the firmware can go through.

Let me know how it goes.
