Hi, @ToddGL, welcome, Check the state of charge on your "Sense". Look in your Fitbit app on your phone, it's in the top right of the "Today" screen, sync for the most up to date value.
If the battery is very low put it on charge, it will need at least 30 minutes before it shows signs of life. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? provides advice on charging. If you get a warning about a low charge rate clean the back of your "Sense" preferably with rubbing alcohol or warm soapy water pay attention to the little pits where the charging pins seat. Check the pins on the cable, they need to be slightly proud and free (gently wiggle with your finger) If the cable pins are not in good order you can get a replacement on Amazon or if you are still stuck talk to "Customer Support" here
