Sense not giving stress score or SpO2 values

I have really enjoyed the sense since I bought it but since the 16th update I don't receive a stress score and for the last 3 nights my o2 reading shows 88 for the past 3 nights and before that it was varying in the 90s, getting the exact same low rating every night suddenly is strange and I still don't have a stress score even after contacting fitbit directly and they removed my previous post on this siting it violated forum rules but o don't see how, it's a genuine concern that since the 16th of October my sense hasn't worked properly at all and nobody will help me fix it.

Hi @StellarVenus. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing.

Thanks for letting me know that your Sense isn't registering your data correctly. I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced and let me help you with each of your questions. Before anything else, let me explain that the sleep score is generated based on your sleep, exercise and heart rate data. If one of those is missing, the score won't appear on the Fitbit app. That being said, I'd recommend to perform a restart, check if the green light on the back of your watch is blinking and wear it on your other wrist to sleep. Make sure to sync once you're awake to check your details.

About the SpO2 values, I'd recommend to turn off and on all the permissions for the SpO2 Signature clock face in the Fitbit app and monitor its behavior in the next days. You can try wearing your watch slightly higher on your wrist to improve its accuracy.

In regards to your other question, when a post is removed, a moderator will send you a private message explaining the reason for that action. I'd suggest checking your inbox and reply back to their message if you have any questions about that process.

Let me know how it goes.

My problem is not the sleep score like other people it's the STRESS score. And I'm wearing my fitbit exactly as I do every day in the exact place and it never moves, it's practically glued to my wrist and i was registering sp02 stays about 92 then for the last week is all 88 and I'm lucky if I get above that. My sense was working perfectly fine before the October update to fix everyone else's software issues and more mine are all screwed up and happening randomly. The stuff for the stress score is all there, all the data needed to form one is there but no score since the 16th.

Hello! I’m having no stress management score either. I spent an hour and a half on the phone to FitBit, and I finally had to hang up because I have housework that need be done. My stress score is very sporadic, and is legitimately the reason I decided on the Sense.

im disappointed to say the LEAST.

The stress score advertisements don’t say “every few days you *might* get a stress score, it says wear it for a full day and night and it will appear.

this is untrue.

please FIX THIS, FitBit!

Now I have my stress score back but I've lost all my previous data on 2 of the health metrics tiles.  Everything was there yesterday and this morning I wake up and it's gone, all the past data and the rest of the health metrics calculated. The techs working on this keep messing stuff up, every week it's a new problem. Always wait a year before buying a new tech product if any kind cuz they never work right until they've had a year or so to fix the bugs. All this thing is good for right now is telling me the time and date and when I have a text, that's been the only thing that's been reliable to date.
