My sense will not show texts or calls, I have went into the app and on my phone and followed all steps!!

On the off chance have you gone to Quick Settings, [Swipe left edge to the right on your watch] and checked to see if you have Sleep or Do not disturb turned on accidentally.

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Notifications

And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.

Also

App notifications

and select any apps you want to hear from.
