Sense not recording Activity History to Activity Log

My new Sense Fitbit is not recording my daily activity to the Activity History in the Activity Log.  My previous Fitbit Charge was doing so.  Everything else is working and recording properly.

Hi @graceann04  - this may be an issue with the app and remanence of hevokd tracker. Try 

  • Logout of the Fitbit App
  • Clear storage cache
  • Force stop it
  • Login again
  • Go to the phone home screen without closing the app
  • Click on the sync popup
  • Wait for the pair & link to complete
  • Resync

If that doesn't work make sure the Charge is removed and repeat.
