FITBIT SENSE: Stress Management Score & Cardio parameters are not showing. Wrist Sensors seems to be not working. Can any agency repair it in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Please help.

Thanks for sharing this with me. Before anything else, I'd like to explain that currently we don't have a physical store where you can take your watch for repair in India. However, we can try some other steps to get your Sense to work correctly.

As you may know, the stress management score and cardio load are recorded based on your heart rate, sleep and activity level data. If one of these is missing, your score won't appear. With this in mind, I'd suggest restarting your watch to refresh its performance and wear it on your other hand for one day, making sure it's not too tight or loose.
