My Sense is counting my steps as they show up in the app but they are not showing up on any clock face. They all say 0 steps. Any suggestions to solve this? I've tried resetting the Sense. Thanks.

It sounds like you have tried multiple clock faces. If you haven't yet, I suggest trying one "by Fitbit" to see if that works.
