My Fit Bit Sense has not been splitting my miles by distance and time. I have two case numbers out there and it still hasn’t been fixed. My last two runs I have gone 3 miles and it split it into 6 miles and 5 miles. What the heck. Have heard nothing from this company that they acknowledge and are going to fix this problem. It always always did this up until 4 months ago.

@Cslong, A warm welcome to the Community!  Thank you for your message. 

Our Team has been informed and are looking into this. They'll work on a solution for it. Hopefully soon. 

I'll update the thread should I receive further information.
