Sense not staying connected to wifi

I thought I upgraded from an ionic when that took a crap to a sense a month ago.   1st watch seemed fine.   Downloaded my Pandora stations just fine.   After 3 weeks the watch stopped working.   Would not turn on, the logo would pop up then turn off and repeat.

I went back to Verizon and they replaced it with another.    But now this watch will don't load Pandora.  It connects to wifi and says its starting to prepare stations then disconnects from wifi.   I did all the troubleshooting even on the phone with a rep from fit bit.   Still the same prompt saying won't connect to server and disconnects from wifi.   

 

Any similar issues or results?

Hi, @Nick8 welcome to the community, I've not experienced the difficulties you report but you may find a way forward in this article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? I hope this helps.
