Hi @AndySchober - usually restarting the phone and watch restores the syncing and sleep information will appear.
It is calculated so if it doesn't get to the Fitbit App it can't be processed, that's why syncing is important to fix.
Here's the general link if there is still a problem. Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Thank you, that worked
Guy,
Do you have issues at times with your sense not tracking floors?
Andy

@AndySchober- a firmware update messed up my watch. It was counting fine before then just gets random floors.
What is curious, due to a fault it was replaced, it is still on but not worn and now counts no random floors, which is correct.
I use the SimpleFloors app to monitor the pressure changes The new one wanders less and counts almost correctly.
Hope that helps.

Best AnswerThank you Guy, That helps. It is weird as I usually only have the issue at work and not here at home. I jusy got my sense this year to replace my Ionic. Are you getting the Sense 2?
