Sense not syncing data

When I sync with the app it says it’s up to date but data on the app incomplete when compared with Sense - steps, distance, floors, calories on the device much higher than on the app. I have switch Bluetooth off and on and switched iPhone off and on too but doesn’t fix it

Update - last time I synced the lower figures from the app were replicated to the device and about an hours worth of data seems to be lost
