Sense not syncing or connecting to Wifi

Despite following all the troubleshooting advice, my Sense is still failing to sync. It was working fine up until a couple of days ago but now inconsistently syncs, it can’t be removed from my Bluetooth devices for some reason & is struggling to connect to the Wifi which is working absolutely fine for all other devices in the house. Very frustrating! It’s also struggling to connect to Fitbit when I try and set it up again

@Donners It is hard to know what "all the troubleshooting advice" is😉; Have you tried to set up your Bluetooth connection with "on wrist calls?" You find "on wrist calls" by tapping your profile picture -> tap sense.
All modern routers have both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, bands. 5 GHz delivers higher speed, at the cost of range. Most "smart" devices, including Sense, are using 2.4 GHz. Are you certain 2.4 GHz is the band you try to connect to?
