Sense not connecting to moblie bluetooth

my fitbit sense is not connecting to my samsung note 10+ mobile device. Most of the time it does not detect the sense bluetooth and sometimes when it detects the sense bluetooth and I try to pair a message displays that 'an app is needed to use this device'

 
I have tried many times by restarting the watch,  mobile and also logged out of the fitbit app. But nothing is working.

Do you have or did you have the watch connected to more than one device, other than the Note 10+?

@Mukarram please follow the setup directions. The user will not be able to pair the tracker through the phones Bluetooth since the tracker will reject every attempt and remind the user to use the fitbit app. 

How do I setup my tracker.

No..my watch is only connected to my note 10+ from day one. In fact, it's only 3 days since I have purchased sense

@Mukarram you say that you can't connect the Sense, now you say that it is connected? 

 

Your first post tells us that you are trying to pair the tracker to the phone through the phones Bluetooth. This will never work. 

 

Is your tracker still connected to your fitbit account? 

We setup the tracker to the fotbit account, then the fitbit app connects the tracker to the phone.
