Sense not syncing with app

Sense not syncing with Fitbit app this morning.

Hi,

if the Sense is charged and working try the simple step of turning bluetooth off and on

 

then retry syncing your watch

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

 

If unsuccessful, restarting your phone and checking sync again is the next step.

 

And if necessary restart the watch too, checking sync again

 

Shut down watch

[Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

Wait a minute


Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]

Thx, have tried most of this and still no joy. Haven't shut the down the watch yet as says will lose stats but may have to give that a go if nothing else works. 👍🏻

A simple shutdown and start won't lose information.
