I have fitbit on both my iPhone and iPad.  It stopped working on the iPhone, but I was able to sync it on my iPad and got all the SPO2 data that had been missing for days

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DeborahGotz.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and I am glad to hear that you were able to sync your watch with your iPad and got your SpO2 data. If you're using several devices for syncing, your watch is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps. For complete troubleshooting tips, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope this helps!
