Sense not syncing with phone

My Fitbit Sense is not syncing with my phone. My phone can’t find my Fitbit Sense. What do I do?

Hello everyone. Thanks for the support. A fellow Fitbit user asked me to turn off my Fitbit.t sense. Once I did that,  as soon as my Fitbit sense came back on, it automatically started syncing with my phone. All my logs reappeared. I didn’t lose any steps or sleep or activity. I am so pleased! 😁

Have you tried restarting your phone?  My phone would not sync. The watch had the white square with line through it icon meaning the phone and watch we’re not syncing or finding each other. 
I restarted sense tried manual sync but that did not help. Only after restarting phone did they connect and sync.
