Sense not syncing

Have tried all recommended tips to sync three day old Sense. Worked well for two days. Now will not sync att all Have a Samsung A80 phone.

Samsung phone here too. Have you set it up as a new device? How about clearing the Fitbit app cache?

My Sense less than 2 weeks old (replacement for Ionic after product recall) & repeated problems syncing. Initially I had to restart watch then it would sync but now my iPhone Bluetooth is just not picking it up.
