I can get it to sync every once in a while by going through all these trouble shooting steps, but its a real pain in the neck to do so only to have it un-sync a few hours later. Extremely frustrating. Luckily I haven't had it very long so I'm opting to return it. However, I tried to do a factory reset, and it failed. I get a message saying "Data not cleared, sync and try again." Lovely. The whole reason for the reset is because it can't sync. Now the Sense screen is locked on this message with big red "X." This has been one of the most infuriating devices I have ever owned.
