Sleep score won't show up on Sense

My Fitbit sense and app are connected.  My phone is getting a live feed of my heart rate.  My sleep score is on my app.  It will not show up on my sense.  The sense says the phone cannot be found

Urgently need this fixed or a refund.  Seems this is the buggiest smart watch I’ve ever had

Hi @david1234567799. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm sorry you've had this experience with your watch. Every feedback posted in the forums never goes unnoticed as it help us to improve our products, services and overall environment, so rest assured your comments won't be the exception. In regards to the sleep score, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Wait a few minutes and check the sleep score on your Sense.

Hope this helps.
