I cannot take it anymore. What is wrong with this thing? Never works, randomly I have to synk it again and when I do, it doesn’t work.

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?
In addition, make sure to check all the requirements to sync with Android devices here, and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
