Hi,
After owning an Fitbit charge 4 for nearly a year i decided it was time to up my game and get a Fitbit Sense. It was delivered to my door yesterday, and today, when I used it with specific lighting angle I noticed a white spot under the glass..
I'm sure it's under the glass as it isn't clean or touchable. My thoughts are that it's either some dust that got inside during the manufacturing process, or it simply is a sensor. Maybe a light detecting sensor?
I searched across the internet and tried to get some HD pictures of the watch from others, simply to determine if they also have it, but unfortunately failed to do so.

I wrote this post on my mobile phone and wasn't able to attach any pictures. Below are two of the best pictures I was able to make (it shows more in real life):

Hi, thanks for your answer.
Do you happen to own a Fitbit Sense yourself? If so, do you also have it? That way we can determine if it is a feature of the watch..
Thanks!

Hi @Woxene. Welcome on board. @Clove6060 and @Arecad Thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@Woxene Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well for the picture provided. While this is odd, may I know if that white dot appears on other screens aside of the clock face? If not, please try changing the clock face and restarting your Sense just to refresh its performance. Let me know how it goes.
Hope this helps.

I have a sense and do not have those dots.
Like Lizzy said, when you swipe left and access other features or select other faces, are the dots still there? If so it is not associated with any particular watch face and a contaminant under the glass.

Hi @LizzyFitbit and everyone else helping me out, thanks for your time!
The White dot was present in menu's and even when the Fitbit was off and rebooting.. After trying a factory reset, which didn't solve any issues, i went back to the store to get a replacement.
Two of the employees had a look at the watch and they weren't sure if it was a dead pixel or some kind of dust or dirt under the glass. They did however give me a replacement which luckily doesn't have the issue.
Again: thanks for all the support. I'm glad my watch is now without any flaws!
