Sense not tracking SpO2

My Sense has not been tracking my SPo2 since last Saturday (Sept 13, 25) It says I need an SpO2 app installed. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no success. Im not sure if this happened after a firmware update or what started it. Please help! 

 

I am also having trouble getting my voice assistant working. It is installed and all permissions are granted. It still shows its not installed (amazon alexa)

As of 2 days ago, it has finally started tracking my SpO2 again. Thank you!
