Sense not tracking heart or sleep

I have upgraded from a blaze to a sense (that works great ) and the sense doesn’t track heart rate or sleep…have done all the so called fixes but still no joy…any one help as feeling this is complete wate of money !

Stuck with an overpriced step tracker

I managed to sort it..tok Samsung Health off ,y phone and bang…every thing
works fine now x
