My sense will not sync up with my phone. It worked right for about 3 days. I've tried uninstalling the app and everything else I know. Is there something I'm missing? My watch does show a phone with a line through it.

Hi, @Amber111385, welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? which may offer you a way forward. You do not mention the make & model of your mobile phone, most work well with the Fitbit app, Fitbit Supported Devices explains some additional attention that is required with some phones. Finally, I suggest you check the app tray on your mobile phone open the Fitbit app entry and make sure any battery-saving function is disabled for the Fitbit app, some phones treat the app as non-essential while we need it to run continuously in the background (while you are there clear the cache).
