My fitbit sense isn’t recording my sleep or stats properly, making the watch not fit for purpose.
it’s still under warranty.
Fitbit have refused to fix it, replace it or issue a refund.
They literally said they will do nothing. Twice. In writing.
Ive been through every troubleshooting step.
I just want a watch that works.
After being with Fitbit for years and years, I’m wondering why I should stay. Complete con.

Hi @SamD75  customer support goes by their warranty and returns policy, which is here - click to read. If you're past the return window, you're not going to get a refund and that is what the customer support person told you. Sorry you're unhappy, but from what I read of your chat, this is a known issue that needs to be sorted out. Fitbit will get it sorted out, but only in the confines of their warranty policy.
