Sense not tracking sleep score

Last night I did not receive a sleep score on my Sense. I only got basic sleep info, no stages info. I wear my Fitbit every night and I slept over 7 hours. My device is up to date. I have an Android device.

Yes @LSAMBLANET when seeing basic sleep. You will not get a sleep score. 

Let's tap on the sleep in question. 

On the next page, with the simple sleep chart, look below the chart. You should see the reason for seeing simple sleep.

I'm having the same issue first time in a year and no detailed sleep for 5 days now tried eveything to sort it but nothing works

Please look under your sleep graph. Does the app give a reason for seeing simple sleep? 

Is Heart Rate turned on?
