Just clarifying, so SpO2 does show up in the restoration breakdown like in my screenshot?

Hi @Chellers4 and @DMel08. It's good to see you here. @eezeepee Thanks for your great help and screenshots.
Before anything else, let me clarify that the estimated oxygen variation (EOV) is an estimate of the changes in your blood oxygen saturation levels overnight. This data can be found under the Restoration section of your sleep log.
On the other hand, the blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) is the percentage of your blood that’s saturated with, or contains, oxygen during sleep. To track this data you'll need to either install any of the SpO2 clock faces or the SpO2 Tracker app. This percentage is then displayed on the Health Metrics tile on the Fitbit app, as well as on the Today app of your Sense.
@Chellers4 Thanks for working on this matter, and your efforts while trying to attach a screenshot. I understand the SpO2 data isn't displayed on the Health Metrics tile, and just to confirm, do you see it displayed when swiping to the left and opening Today app? If not, I'd recommend uninstalling the SpO2 Tracker app, rebooting your phone, restarting your watch to refresh its performance, reinstalling the SpO2 Tracker app, wearing your watch to sleep and syncing it once you're awake to check your details.
@DMel08 Thanks for joining this thread and to look into this, may I know if the rest of your details are syncing correctly? If you haven't done so, please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app, log back into your account and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. Wait about 2 hours and let me know if your SpO2 readings appear on the Health Metrics tile.
Hope this helps.
@LizzyFitbit Did those steps and SpO2 now appears in Health Metrics tile and in Today app. Thanks. By the way, I've had my sense for 3 weeks and pretty much everything works just fine. I can't speak to the accuracy of all the data, however what I can measure on my own seems to match pretty closely to what the sense measures. The hardware and software seem to work almost flawlessly. Wallet works perfectly, Google Assistant works perfectly, and receiving and replying to text messages works perfectly as well.
Best AnswerLogging out, force stop, restart phone... Fixed it for me
Best Answer@LizzyFitbit, I did all the steps you suggested @Chellers4 and @DMel08 do, but my SpO2 values are still not shown, neither on the watch, nor in the app under the health metrics tile. (But in the app, when I drill down in the sleep data, there is a graph with "Estimated Oxygen Variation"; variation, but no SpO2 values!) This is really disappointing. My first Fitbit and it doesn't work properly; such problems never happened with my previous Garmins or Suuntos (and there the (free) metrics are more detailed and helpful), so I'm not very happy with my Sense so far...

Welcome to the forums, @AJS17.
Thanks for trying the troubleshooting suggested in this thread, and I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with the Sense. Because it's been a few days since your post, may I know if the issue persists? Is your Sense connected and syncing the rest of your details? What is the model and OS version of your phone?
Please make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated, try wearing your watch about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and sync once you're awake to check your details.
