My sense will not turn on after charging for 2 days. It is just blank and it will not operate. I even try pressing anything in the device. Tried another wall outlet and even connect it to my computer. Nothing, it is dead weight now. Please help me... Thanks

Hi @ANV565. Welcome! It's nice to see a new face around. @Guy_, thanks for stopping by to help our members.
@ANV565, thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Sense. Because you mentioned it's blank, I'd recommend you to give a try to the following steps:
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device.
Keep me posted.
Fitbit is sending me a new one because there I have tried the cleaning solution, I double check all the alignment for the device to connect the charging cable, I could not restart the watch since it will NOT turn on after counting 20 Mississippi seconds and I tried leaving the device plugged in for 2 days.
Nothing seems to work and I even tried different outlets and my usb that is connected to my laptop, to see if it would charge or even turn on.
Thank you for your help and I love the 24 hour chat line to get a case number and a fast solution resolved!

Thanks for the feedback, glad you get a new one.
if you are unfamiliar with the indent button,
in the meantime please try this approach, just in case.
Worn on the left arm -
rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch and forefinger on the back of the hand and do a gentle squeeze of the watch |
Squeeze for upto 10 seconds until there is a faint vibrate or the logo appears.
