I got my fitbit sense in 2021. Now in 2024 it's not turning on. I tried all that the forum says I even called the "support team" I got just a sorry. I didn't use my watch even for swimming. What happened to the battery? Nobody knows and the worse this people can't even give a discount for a get a new one. So please don't get a fitbit

Although our products have been manufactured under the highest quality standards, this does not guarantee that they are infallible after use over time. Each product has a certain warranty period and at the time of sale the consumer is informed about it.
