I updated my sense yesterday morning. Update went through phone but then the Fitbit got stuck on the loading screen for an hour. Finally got it reset only for it to go back to the loading screen after 10 minutes. Stayed on loading screen for remainder of the day until it went flat (Had charged the night before so battery lasted less than 24hrs). Charged it up again and it was still stuck on loading screen. Multiple resets done and it finally got to main screen except nothing was working on the screen. It then went back to the loading screen where it remained all night until now when it has gone flat again. Is there a way to remove the latest update?

I don't know if my issue is due to the most recent update or not, but my Fitbit has been working perfectly for 2 years and started going blank on me periodically after the last update a few days ago. The update went smoothly but I noticed in the middle of the night when I went to check the time, that my Fitbit wouldn't start. I thought it might need a charge, so put it on the charger the next morning, but it showed that it still had 80% battery left. This happened a second time and I put it on the charger, it charged and seemed fine until yesterday evening when it stopped working again. This time I put it back on the charger and it still won't come back on. The only other change besides doing the update was buying a generic charging cable from Amazon because the pins on my Fitbit brand charger were broken (this is my second Fitbit charger). Since I did the update and got the generic charger about the same time, I don't which thing, or if either has caused my Fitbit to stop working altogether. I don't know if it makes any difference or not but my cell phone is a new Google Pixel 6 Pro.
