Sense not working after update

After the last update my sense will not show my text messages and other notifications show code instead of words (ex. Instead of clear all it says 539a6210). I’ve tried restarting it and also deleting it and setting it back up.  Any thoughts??

Hi @Dc123456  - there is a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App which stops notifications coming to the watch, it may be part of that.

I was having the same problem, unpair the device and pair didn't solve it. Only when I uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled, did I start to receive notifications again

Hi all, it would seem from the good feedback that those who can install 3.65 can resolve the not getting notifications problem.

Thanks for the replies.  I am now getting notifications but the 2ns issue is not resolved.  I even contacted support ansd they were unsure how to fix it.  Other notifications show code instead of words (ex. Instead of 'clear all' it says 539a6210).
