Hello. I bought two Fitbit Sense. When combined with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, the Fitbit app works. But after combining both with the Samsung Galaxy S9 + I can't access the apps and download them and watch the themes. Writes like this: ,,Ops, no internet connection" -my WiFi internet works perfect. Is this a Fitbit app bugs or just not yet fully compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S9 + Fitbit app? My fiancée is unhappy and if there is no full compatibility with S9 + I will return one to the Fitbit Sense vendor.

Make sure the Fitbit App on the S9+ phone has the right permissions and that there is no security software impeding access.

You can only have one Sense per account at a time.
Best to use 2 accounts if you want to run 2 watches.
Also beware when pairing to make sure that you only have 1 watch and 1 phone active for Bluetooth to ensure syncing.
A Sense and an S9+ works fine - my configuration.

Hm, strange.
I didn’t try to connect two Fitbit Sense devices at the same time. Then the connections one by one and both didn't work on S9 +, and when connected to Note 10+ it works great and I can download apps from there to Fitbit Sense.
Best AnswerBy the way, it connects via Bluetooth without any problems and everything the app shows, but I will repeat the clarification to make it clearer:
I tried and installed the uninstall Fitbit app and one many times I tried to connect the clocks. Connections are successful, but clock widgets and apps cannot be downloaded to them. Try both with a modem with mobile internet and with cable fiber internet via WiFi.

Try on the S9 with bluetooth off [on your other devices, except watch]
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Logout and back in on the Fitbit App and try
