Today, right when I was about to start a workout, my Sense stopped working.
I clicked on the 'workout' button and it crashed/backed up to the main screen. This happened twice.
I figured I'd turn it off and restart it. That didn't work, and just started a reboot loop. The screen goes blank, the logo then pops up, then it goes blank again, repeat, repeat, repeat.
My Ionic did this, too.
Any suggestions?

Hi @timkbryantyeg! Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you with the issue you have recently experienced with your Sense. I appreciate the troubleshooting you have already tried and for the explanation of the behavior of your device.
Have you tried to restart your device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then releasing the button?
Did the issue occurs only when performing a specific task such tapping on "workout"?
In the meantime, i recommend that you force sync your device by swiping down the today's screen. I appreciate your time in this process.

As far as I know the issue only happened with the "workout" button. I didn't try other ones.
I found this solution and it worked: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Sense-Stuck-in-Reboot-Loop-SOLUTION/m-p/5735277 We will see what happens going forward.
