My run disappeared from the watch and app. It was definitely ended and I even saw a summary of it.
Rebooted the watch, rebooted the app. Nothing.

Let me help you with your activity that seems it has disappeared. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
Are you having trouble to see just one activity? Are you able to see your historical data on the mobile?
We have received a few reports about some hitorical data is unavailable to see on the Fitbit app.

Hi David. It is just that one activity this is affected. Historical data is intact.

When you finish an activity, there's a button to stop the activity, you'll then see a summary of the activity. You can scroll down to see all the summary and then you tap on the button "finnish" at the bottom of such summary. Did you do it that way?
If you did, then the issue may be related to the syncing. Did you sync your Sense to your mobile right after the activity
In any case, you can m,anually log an activity so you won't loose this progress. I know it is not ideal but it's an alternative.
