Sense not working

Got my sense on Christmas Day and it tracked and syncs great but won’t track sleep ,I have made sure it’ is in the right position on my wrist ,it tacked the the second night I wore it but now is says I am only sleeping 3 hours a night which is spaced 1 hour before midnight and 2 hours after 1 am . I don’t have moisturiser on my wrist is clean . It tracks heart rate steps and all the other stuff fine but not my oxygen stats or sleep which is why I got this watch ,and at the price I paid all functions should work . So sad I have reloaded the app reset watch now what ?

@Sonya2021 do you think you could post your heart rate recording for that particular night as well the sleep recording? Also, could you please check if on fitbit.com on your Dashboard, under Settings, Advanced, your sleep sensitivity is set to normal and not sensitive. Of course just in case reboot your watch by holding the button for 10 seconds until screen goes black and logo flashes.

Sorry deleted the account and reset everything to see if that helped ,I did use the sleep now button but that tracking was really weird   Then I went back to sleep from 8am till 12 noon and it didn’t track anything 😞

@Sonya2021 please do not start your sleep in the Fitbit app. This messes everything up (my experience). Just let the watch record it. Also if you have any sleep presets set in the Fitbit app, pls remove them. Again, it's been reported it can mess the report up.

Where do you have your watch sit on your arm ? Does it have to be so high up on your arm

@Sonya2021 around my wrist. As long as it records your heart rate, it's all good.
