Sense overheating and not even a day old!

I bought and received my Fitbit Sense 2 yesterday - it’s less than a day old. I have taken it out if it’s packaging to charge it up and it’s over heating and not letting the charge get beyond 4% 😞

 

Any ideas or anyone else had this problem?!
