Extremely disappointed with the Sense battery life, have all the
notifications turned off and barely get three days out of a full charge. Bought the watch because it boasted a 6+ days on a charge. Fitbit you need to
fix these are credit your customers considering what we have paid for poor performance!!

To get the full battery life you will need to uninstall the SpO2 tracker app and not use any SpO2 clock face or snore detection, or GPS during exercises.
If that doesn't help try syncing, then disable Bluetooth on the phone, Shutdown the watch, wait 10 seconds, place on the charger to restart and fully charge it.

I had the same issue of only 2-3 days charge. I deleted the SpO2 tracker, do not use snore detection, have almost all notifications turned off (have only the important ones enabled) and use a pretty simple clock face. I don't have google assistant activated. I do use GPS during my 1-1/2 hour hikes (3-4 times a week) and I get 6-7 days charge.
