Sense shows the time in a weird format

I was cleaning my band and the display changed from showing the time and my steps to some weird way. It just shows the time now in a weird format. How do I change it back to the basic display?

If you have more than 1 clock face on the watch, scroll the "clocks" and choose another. Otherwise open the app, go to your tracker, then clock faces and install one. You can have up to 5 clock faces stored on your device.

Hi @Spikette. Welcome to the Community. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your great help!

@Spikette Thanks for letting us know about your Sense and its behavior. While this is odd, may I know if by weird format do you refer to the date or time format? Is your watch also syncing correctly? In case you haven't done so, please give a try to the steps suggested by our friend. Additionally, because the date format depends of your location, make sure both your country and time zone are correct in your profile. You can find further instructions in this help article.

Hope this helps.

Well I have no idea how to even 'scroll' the clocks. I'm about fed up with trying to figure out how to use this.

No, the article wasn't helpful. It's the clock face - the time format. I can not figure out how to change it back to what it was. I don't even know HOW it got changed in the first place. Why can't there be an easy instruction guide?

We don't know what is weird about your time and date.

Hi there, @Spikette@Rich_Laue Thanks for stopping by to help our friend.

@Spikette Thanks for getting back with more details, as well as your efforts while working on this matter. I understand how you're feeling about this experience with your Sense. Our team constantly works to improve our products and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process. Your feedback is truly appreciated and won't be taken for granted. Because the issue is related to the time format, meaning the 12h and 24h format, I'd recommend these other steps:

  1. Go to your fitbit.com dashboard and log into your account.
  2. Click the gear icon at the upper right corner.
  3. Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down and adjust the Clock Display Time.
  5. Click Submit and sync your watch to apply the changes.

In regards to your other question, please check this help article which describes how to navigate your watch. If by any chance the issue persists, please get in touch with our Support team so they can provide you with further assistance. You can get connected with them via chat or phone by clicking here, and make sure to share the steps that you've tried so far.
