Lately, my Sense has begun to randomly not send notifications to my watch. What I mean by this is there seems to be nothing that triggers it. I could be getting notifications and calls fine all day, and then a few hours later, I see I've got 3 missed calls and 5 missed texts because the notifications never came through on my watch. I actually missed a really important call that I'm kind of disappointed about.
I'm most frustrated that I can't figure out what is causing it, and there is no rhyme or reason to it. I've reset both my phone and the watch and removed the Fitbit from Bluetooth and reconnected it. The notifications are set up correctly in the app, and on-wrist calls are turned on. DND and sleep mode are turned off. Currently it is in a state of not receiving notifications but the app states that there are no errors with syncing. The fact that it is so unreliable has me second-guessing my decision on choosing this over the Galaxy watch. Any help is greatly appreciated.
