After a month of owning the sense my watch bumped a wall and scraped the top corner of the screen off. I already contacted customer support and they said they dont do anything for this and offer no repair options... How can I go about fixing this. Do I need to buy my own new screen and replace it myself, or do screen repair shops fix these watches.

Hi @lavaduck,
Unfortunately, the screens can't be repaired, so there's not much that Fitbit (or whichever retailer you bought your Sense from) can do, other than POSSIBLY exchanging it or offering a refund. In that case, you will need a receipt from when you made your purchase.
Should you decide to exchange it, I would suggest looking online for bumpers or screen protectors, which can be purchased through Amazon or eBay.

Same happened to me! I am waiting for a reply from FitBit. It was just a little touch of a beach mountain, and the right corner got damaged. I dont trust it to be waterproof now…
